Telesales Specialist

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on inbound leads. You will play a crucial role in qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives or senior account managers. It is essential to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients. Conducting virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings to prospective customers will be a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on inbound leads - Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives or senior account managers - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends - Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers - Keep the CRM software updated with leads, opportunities, and sales activities - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns - Track and report on sales metrics and performance regularly Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot would be beneficial,
