Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Founder to lead the organization’s strategy, growth, and culture. The role requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build teams, drive innovation, and scale the company toward long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Lead fundraising activities and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team.
• Oversee operations, financial performance, and overall organizational health.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
• Represent the company at key events, industry forums, and media interactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive strategic decisions to achieve business scalability and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
