Role: Founder's Office / Chief of Staff

Location: Remote (must be available full-time on EST hours)

Experience: 4+ years

Education: Foreign-educated from a top-tier university preferred


We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing VC-backed client who’s looking for a high-caliber generalist to join their core team. This isn’t a traditional support role — they’re looking for someone who can operate like a right hand to the founder, manage across teams, and build internal systems from scratch.


This person will be trusted with high-impact projects across operations, hiring, automation, and strategy. Someone who can keep pace with a high-output founder, think independently, and step into leadership moments without waiting to be asked.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive mission-critical projects end to end — across ops, hiring, internal systems, and more
  • Manage coordination across multiple teams, functions, and timelines
  • Automate internal workflows using tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Notion
  • Draft key internal and external materials — from pitch decks to project plans
  • Build and improve internal processes to help the business scale
  • Act as a thinking and execution partner to the founder


What We’re Looking For:

  • Foreign-educated, preferably with a degree from a top global university
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-moving startup, consulting, or chief of staff role
  • Comfortable managing people, juggling priorities, and working across functions
  • Highly structured thinker who can turn chaos into process
  • Technical enough to automate and streamline internal tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Must be available to work EST hours full-time


Nice to Have:

  • Direct experience working with founders or C-level leaders
  • Exposure to investor relations or startup fundraising cycles
