Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Dept.: Project Construction

Location: Project Sites in India

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years in Construction Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Topographical survey

2) Laying / Jointing testing & Commissioning of Water / Sewerage Pipelines

3) Construction of Office Buildings, Boundary wall, WTP, STP, Pump House, Intake Well, GLSR/ UGR/ OHTs

4) Installation testing & commissioning of mechanical Items like Pumps, Valves etc.

5) Installation testing & commissioning of electrical items required in Water & Sewerage projects

6) Liasoning with Dept. Officials for obtaining clearances, Invoicing, Payment etc.

7) Responsible for the smooth execution of the overall Project including profitability

8) Responsible to handle at site the allocated Supervisor, Engineers, Workmen Labour, Plant & Machinery

Preferred Skill Sets: Fully conversant with MS Office i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
