Events & Customer Marketing Specialist

.You’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and programs that deepen relationships with customers and prospects, drive engagement in key markets (India, SEA, MENA), and support pipeline and revenue goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Key Accounts and Product teams to bring integrated, audience-specific experiences to lifeKey responsibilities:
Events Marketing
- Plan, manage, and execute & create experiences for key business leadership: Identifying, planning and conceptualizing the content plan, positioning, brand awareness and demand generation initiatives for and through key events (tradeshows, masterclasses, webinars & roundtables) to convert into tangible business for the organization, the format however is not limited to the ones mentioned.
- End to end execution of key events and lead follow-up with internal stakeholders across geographies, especially in MENA(Middle East)
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, track & present the key metrices designated to be achieved as part of the role.
- Develop key partnerships with associations & vendors across geographies to position Darwinbox as a category leader in the HCM space.
- Keeping a data driven approach to decision-making while taking decisions on the pointers above while keeping in mind the organizational goals and overall marketing budget.
- Support other marketing functions to achieve common team goals.
Customer Marketing collaboration(India, SEA, MENA)
- Design and run customer engagement programs to support onboarding, adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and advocacy.
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing Lead to create a pipeline (through Events highlighted above) for customer stories, client-leader testimonials, and case studies tailored to regional use cases.
- Work closely with communications team to build localized campaigns and communications that deepen customer relationships and strengthen retention.
- Partner with Customer Success and KAMs to identify high-potential accounts for program participation across Events (Online & Offline).
Account-Based Marketing elements (ABM)(India & MENA — Customers & Prospects)
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, KAM teams to design ABM programs targeting high-value prospects and existing accounts.
- Create personalized, account-specific campaigns that leverage account-level engagements, events, content, and outbound tactics.
- Align ABM strategies with buying committee needs and decision stages.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance; optimize based on pipeline impact and account engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing with significant exposure to events, customer programs, and/or ABM.
- Outcome and data driven mindset with an eye for detailing.
- Experience managing regional marketing programs across India, SEA, and MENA markets.
- Strong planning and project management skills — able to execute multiple programs simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot/Clay, and ABM/CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is a plus.
