About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cold Email Outreach Specialist to design, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns that drive qualified leads and business growth. The ideal candidate has proven experience with cold email strategy, deliverability best practices, and B2B prospecting. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage cold email outreach strategies to engage decision-makers in target industries.
• Research and segment prospect lists to ensure highly personalized outreach.
• Write compelling cold email copy and subject lines that maximize open and reply rates.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize multi-step email sequences (follow-ups, drip campaigns).
• Manage email deliverability, ensuring domain health, inbox placement, and compliance with spam regulations.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and cadence to improve performance.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (open, click, reply, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with overall business objectives.
• Train and guide junior outreach specialists or SDRs when necessary.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in cold email outreach roles.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and anti-spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Expertise with cold outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Reply.io, Woodpecker, Mailshake).
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, personalized messaging.
• Strong research skills for prospecting and list building.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industries.
• Knowledge of sales automation workflows and multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
