Client Partner


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth in existing and new clients.

• Identify client business challenges and align SAP/ERP solutions to meet their needs.

• Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and SAP COE teams to tailor offerings and proposals.

• Build C-level relationships within client organizations to drive trust and partnership.

• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintain deep knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) and competing ERP platforms.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

• Participate in RFPs, pricing, contract negotiations, and strategic solutioning.

• Work closely with internal leadership on pipeline forecasting and business planning
