Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of residential/commercial projects from foundation to handover
Supervise contractors and subcontractors
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Review GFC, RCC, and architectural drawings and resolve site-level issues
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and material planning
Ensure strict quality control for RCC, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP coordination
Verify BOQs, measurements, RA bills, and final bills
Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal management
Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance
Prepare progress reports and participate in review meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
6–12 years of relevant experience in real estate construction
Strong expertise in RCC execution, finishing works, and site management
Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Excel and project reporting
Ability to lead teams and handle multiple stakeholders
Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills
