As a Business Development Manager for ToppersNotes, located in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's business by establishing strategic collaborations with coaching institutes, faculties, and educators in the Publication & EdTech sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying and onboarding partners for content creation and publication partnerships, negotiating royalty-based agreements with educators, and ensuring smooth execution of publication projects in collaboration with the content and marketing teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with coaching institutes and educators to provide customized technology solutions aimed at scaling their businesses. This includes offering technology-driven tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), test platforms, mobile apps, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance coaching efficiency. Moreover, you will provide consultation on branding, digital presence, and student outreach strategies to help coaching institutes grow their businesses effectively. Furthermore, your role will involve engaging with coaching institutes and faculties to fulfill their printing needs for study materials, notes, and books. By understanding their specific requirements, you will offer tailored printing and publishing solutions, working closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery. In order to drive business expansion, you will conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities within the education sector and establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the coaching and education industry. Attending industry events, seminars, and conferences will be crucial in networking and establishing a strong brand presence for ToppersNotes. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably within the EdTech, Publishing, or Printing industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with an understanding of the Education Ecosystem, including coaching institutes, faculty requirements, and industry trends. Basic knowledge of EdTech solutions such as LMS, CRM, and digital platforms is a plus. Being proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet business goals and drive revenue through collaborations is key to success in this position.
