Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also focus on market research, competitor analysis, and the development of strategies to expand NoBrokerHood's market presence. Additionally, the role includes negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Proven ability in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the prop-tech industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
