Senior Business Development Manager

Position: Sr. Business Development Manager Location: Mumbai Industry: Logistics & Transport Experience: 10+ years Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time About Us We are a Mumbai-based logistics and transport company with a growing presence across Western and Southern India. We provide reliable and timely cargo, transport and logistics solutions to our clients across multiple sectors. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Person to setup, oversee and grow our operations across various geographies. Key Responsibilities: Setup branches and booking offices/franchises for business expansion Oversee day-to-day transport operations across outstation branches. Monitor branch performance, ensure timely deliveries, cost control, and service quality. Plan and conduct regular visits to out station branches for supervision, coordination, and improvement. Coordinate with branch managers, local staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Resolve operational issues, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency. Report regularly to the Mumbai office on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Handle client escalations and ensure service levels   Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and team management Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently to outstation Experience in Transport/Logistics Industry will be an added advantage
