Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking abilities and proven expertise in client acquisition through multiple channels including LinkedIn outreach.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or meetings
  • Able to reach potential clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms globally
  • Do follow-ups and explain the services we offer clearly and smartly
  • Understand client needs and prepare basic proposals (team will help with detailed proposals)
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
  • Convert interested leads into paying clients by consistent communication
  • Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and delivery of services
  • Attend physical meetings for clients if needed (travel support will be provided)


Sales Target and Commission Structure:

  • Monthly sales target will be fixed depending on experience and market
  • After achieving the base target, commission will be calculated on the extra amount
  • Commission percentage may vary depending on project size and margin
  • Commission will be paid after the full payment is received from the client


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (English + local language)
  • Confident on calls and in client meetings
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Excel
  • Smart thinking and ability to close deals
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
  • Build and maintain long-term relations with clients for repeated business


Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Industry Trend Analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the strategy consulting or management consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
