About the Role

Senior Business Development Manager - Brand Partnerships

You will own the full lifecycle of partnerships – outreach, pitching, deal structuring, closing, and long-term relationship management.

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founders and leading the BD team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    3–6 years in B2B sales, brand partnerships, or business development (media, content, digital-first brands preferred).
  • Track Record:

    Proven ability to close

    6–7 figure brand deals

  • Tools Expertise:

    Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/CRM.
  • Sales Skills:

    Prospecting, cold outreach, negotiations, storytelling-driven pitching.
  • Leadership:

    Ability to lead a small team and drive high-performance behavior.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Mindset:

    High ownership, fast learner, strategic thinker, strong operational discipline.
  • Work Mode:

    Bengaluru – On-site, full-time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Outreach & Deal Closures

  • Identify, pitch, and close high-value brand partnerships across FMCG, toys, edtech, food, financial services, tourism, and lifestyle categories.
  • Pipeline Ownership

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using sales intelligence tools (Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
  • Strategic Partnerships

  • Design campaign solutions that go beyond impressions – clarity on brand recall, engagement, emotional connect, and business outcomes.
  • Campaign Leadership

  • Own end-to-end execution – briefing, approvals, deliverables, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior BD members, set targets, track productivity, and ensure consistent outreach quality.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Be the single point of contact for CMOs, brand managers, agencies, and internal creative teams.
  • Revenue Accountability

  • Manage monthly and quarterly revenue targets with clear reporting and forecasting.
