Role: Creative Director Location: Bangalore (On-Site) Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week BabyBillion — India’s fastest-growing kids content brand — is hiring a Creative Director to lead storytelling from idea to shoot . If you can blend early learning with engaging storytelling, and know what it takes to hold a child’s attention in 30 seconds — this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Own the entire content pipeline — from concept to camera — for short-form YouTube content Translate preschool curriculum into fun, visual, story-based formats Build characters, scenes, and learning hooks that appeal to kids aged 3–7 Collaborate with writers, anchors, and editors to scale output and improve quality Script and review content with a sharp eye for engagement, clarity, and child-appropriateness What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in kids curriculum design , preschool education , or edutainment content Hands-on experience taking content from idea → shoot → final video Background in teaching, ed-tech, or child-focused storytelling (Byju’s, Dashtoon, Kutuki, etc.) Excellent copywriting skills — can simplify, script, and structure for kids Bonus: familiarity with content formats like KidiFun on YouTube or similar storytelling-first preschool brands Why Join BabyBillion?
