Job description The Business Development Manager will play a key leadership role in driving sales, building builder partnerships, and leading a team to achieve RIBITTOs revenue objectives. This role demands assuming immense ownership , strong relationship management, and hands-on leadership to build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Builder Relations Identify and onboard properties, builders, developers, and property owners to list their projects on the RIBITTO platform. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with developers for continued collaboration. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with company policies and legal documentation 2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement Define and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Generate, qualify, and convert leads through field sales, networking, and marketing collaborations. Oversee investor engagement activities including property walkthroughs, webinars, and consultations. Monitor sales performance metrics and drive consistent achievement across the team. 3. Team Leadership & Performance Management Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Callers. Set clear goals, assign responsibilities, and review team performance periodically. Mentor and motivate the team to deliver strong sales performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting discipline. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Inputs Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to optimize the sales funnel. Provide insights to management on property trends and regional opportunities. 5. Client Relationship & Investor Engagement Engage with high-value investors and clients to understand their requirements. Present property investment options effectively and ensure transparent communication. Build long-term relationships that promote trust, repeat business, and referrals. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth understanding of real estate sales cycles and investor behavior. Analytical mindset with a focus on results and accountability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 512 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partnerships, or investment sales. Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing builder relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms. Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client meetings.
