Remark HR is a growing HR solutions company, specializing in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, and end-to-end workforce solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR services domain (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, HR Consulting).
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and business outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their HR needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Pitch Remark HR services to prospective clients and close business deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and industry insights to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in HR, Recruitment, or Staffing services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver customized solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
