Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React.js Expert) Company: Visko Group Pvt. Ltd. Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: Visko Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with in-depth expertise in React.js and a strong command over back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full-cycle web application development, designing scalable architecture, and delivering high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js/Express, Python, or similar for backend. Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring complex user interfaces to life. Lead architecture discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Manage code versioning with Git and ensure CI/CD integration. Conduct code reviews and unit testing. Collaborate in agile/scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in full stack development. Expert-level proficiency in React.js , Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Strong backend development experience with Node.js/Express.js , MongoDB, or SQL. Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph QL, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control (Git). Good understanding of security best practices in web development. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
