Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay hands-on in development and own key modules when needed.
• Define software architecture for scalable, secure, reliable systems.
• Mentor dev team, set goals, give feedback, and hire to fill gaps.
• Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and track delivery in JIRA.
• Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
• Maintain clear documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, BRD reviews) and enforce code reviews and testing.
• Optimize code and API responses using profiling, caching, pagination, compression, and by eliminating N+1 queries.
• Ensure secure coding as per standards & best practices, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Manage capacity, and timelines; identify and remove risks early.
• Align engineering roadmaps with company goals and apply useful new technologies.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive the success of our engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on both back-end and front-end technologies.
• 3 years of experience with C++ and C#.
• Backend: Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Frameworks: Django, Express.js, Spring Boot.
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript with React (Redux/Zustand) or Angular/Vue.
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis); solid schema design and query tuning.
• APIs & Services: Microservices; API design (REST & GraphQL); message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka); RBAC implementation.
• DevOps: Docker and CI/CD (build, test, deploy pipelines).
• Performance: Code optimization and API response optimization (profiling, caching, pagination, compression; eliminate N+1 queries).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud: AWS / Azure / OpenStack.
• IaC & automation: Terraform, Ansible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹386,689.19 - ₹1,634,271.54 per year
