Job Description

Senior Business Development Executive International Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve international sales and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and explore new markets, customers, and business opportunities across

    Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas

    .
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from

    lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations

    , and

    order finalization to payment follow-up

    .
  • Coordinate with

    Production, Logistics, Documentation, Accounts, and Quality Control

    teams for smooth order execution and timely dispatches.
  • Monitor

    market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand

    , providing actionable insights to management.
  • Participate in

    international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits

    to promote company products and brand visibility.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards

    for management review.
  • Ensure all export transactions comply with

    company policies and statutory requirements

    , including

    export documentation, LC handling, and Incoterms

    .

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4

    years

    of experience in

    international marketing/export sales

    , preferably from the

    Dyes, Pigments, or Specialty Chemicals

    industry.
  • Strong understanding of

    export procedures, documentation, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a global business mindset.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools

    .
  • Willingness to travel

    domestically and internationally

    as required.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and result-driven professional with strong business acumen.
