results-driven and experienced National Head Domestic Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy for the pigment powder division to strengthen market share and brand visibility.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives that support revenue and growth objectives.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market studies to identify

    emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes

  • Leverage insights to adapt marketing strategies and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Brand & Product Positioning:

  • Define and refine

    brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions

    in the domestic pigment market.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all marketing channels.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Partner with the

    sales team

    to design integrated marketing campaigns that drive

    lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion

  • Support regional sales initiatives with targeted promotions and marketing collateral.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

Experience:

  • 10–20 years

    of progressive marketing experience, with at least

    5 years in a senior leadership role

    within the

    Pigment Powder / Chemical / Coatings

    sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing

    national marketing strategies
