As an iTrain Trainer Associate at Manpower Group, you will collaborate with various business stakeholders such as painters, contractors, architects, shop boys, dealers, and employees to provide training on paints, application processes, mechanized tools, and waterproofing. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting training sessions for different business stakeholders, requiring travel for up to 15 days per month. Your key functional responsibilities will include planning and executing training sessions according to the monthly plan, traveling to different locations to conduct training, addressing complaints at customer sites, preparing product panels, mobilizing trainees, and handling new assignments as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking and processing iTrain expenses. To excel in this role, you should hold a Post-Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline and possess good computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, internet usage, and email communication. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English, and knowledge and experience in training, consumer sales, and business development within the paints and building material industry. Candidates with prior experience in Paint Companies, Painting Services Companies, or Building Materials industry (such as Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Indigo, Akzo, Aapkapainter, Cements, Electricals, Pipes, Hardware) will be given preference. The role is full-time with a morning shift schedule and offers performance bonuses. If you have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of total work experience, and proficiency in Hindi, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
