Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager - the new hire is expected to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility, overseeing both marketing campaigns and sales activities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and managing marketing campaigns, managing the sales team, tracking sales performance, and ensuring the sales and marketing teams work together effectively to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute both long-term and short-term sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Market research: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Marketing execution: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, create promotional materials, and manage digital marketing efforts.
  • Sales management: Set sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Team leadership: Hire, train, and motivate both sales and marketing staff, ensuring the teams collaborate effectively.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze sales and marketing reports, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Client relations: Manage key client relationships and maintain a customer database.

Required skills:

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  • Strategic thinking: Experience in developing and implementing long-term business strategies.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
  • Project management: Skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market trends and implement new technologies.

Qualification Requirement:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
  • 10-15 years + experience in marketing or sales.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Both Hindi & English
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
