As a Sales and Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements. By proposing suitable properties, you will play a crucial role in meeting the needs of potential buyers and investors. Creating compelling marketing materials and campaigns will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to attract the target audience. You will also be involved in organizing and conducting property viewings and sales events to showcase the properties effectively.
