Manager Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

As a Sales and Marketing Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. You will conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on market trends. By coordinating with clients and stakeholders, you will understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties to meet their needs. Your role will also involve creating compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors. Organizing and conducting property viewings and sales events will be essential to showcase the properties effectively. It will be important to maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure efficient communication and record-keeping. Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals will be a key part of your job. Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management will help in evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and making informed decisions.
