Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of generating and closing business deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the company’s growth through consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored marketing or digital solutions offered by Cntrl M.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communication.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in a marketing or service-based industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam (preferred).
