We are hiring a Sales & DM Manager to take ownership of all Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bridal bookings, and provide exceptional client communication. This is a work-from-home opportunity best suited for someone with strong social media and sales experience.

✅ Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages
• Convert interested leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up regularly with potential clients
• Coordinate booking dates with the makeup team
• Maintain a daily log of inquiries, responses, and conversions
• Share weekly reports and client insights with management

✅ Requirements

• Strong communication skills (especially written English)
• Proven experience in digital sales or social media lead handling
• Instagram and WhatsApp fluency
• Ability to manage follow-ups and close leads independently
• Kerala-based candidates only (must have internet and a smartphone/laptop)
• Experience in the beauty/fashion/service industry is a plus

✅ Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Performance Incentives (per bride booked):
• After 5 conversions/month: ₹200 per bride
• After 10 conversions/month: ₹400 per bride
• After 15 conversions/month: ₹650 per bride

• Based in Kerala
• Sales-focused, organized, and quick with follow-ups
• Comfortable handling conversations with premium clients via DM
• Interested in long-term growth in the beauty industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
