Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Executive specializing in IT Services, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our organization within the B2B sector. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding a company's market presence and revenue.


Responsibilities:

 Researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers in target

industries.

 Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through

various channels like networking, cold calling, and online research.

 Creating and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market

share.

 This includes identifying new markets, developing pricing strategies, and forming

strategic partnerships.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT services domain,

ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

 Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospects and clients. Negotiating

contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts for software sales and IT services.

 Working closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product

development, to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

 Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs specific to IT services and software sales.

 Regularly assess and report on sales performance against targets.

 Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and software offerings to effectively

communicate their value to potential clients.

 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to position our organization as a leader

in IT solutions.

 Collaborate closely with technical teams to align sales strategies with the capabilities and

features of our IT services and software solutions.

 Providing guidance and mentorship to junior business development staff. Sharing best

practices and helping them develop their skills.


Qualifications and Skills:

 Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a track record of

achieving sales targets. Typically, 3.5+ years of experience is expected for a senior role.

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

 Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT services and software.

 Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT solutions.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
