Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify, generate, and nurture leads in the

    banking and financial services space

    via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound techniques.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand client needs and identify key decision-makers.
  • Create targeted strategies to engage with

    banks, fintechs

    , and

    financial institutions

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for

    cards, payments, and digital transformation services

Direct Sales & Deal Closure:

  • Take ownership of the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    product positioning

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for proposal creation, pricing, and solution fitment to ensure timely closure.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to the needs of CXOs and other key decision-makers.

  • Meet or exceed

    monthly and quarterly targets

    for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and revenue closed.
  • Align personal and team sales efforts with Verinite’s

    strategic growth objectives

Team Leadership:

·      Lead a team of Inside Sales Executives by setting clear goals and KPIs.

·      Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure target achievement.

    (CXOs, VPs, Directors) to build trust and understand their strategic goals.
  • Maintain strong post-meeting follow-ups and ensure a smooth transition to senior sales or delivery teams.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Prepare and present regular dashboards to track KPIs such as lead conversion, pipeline health, and closure rates.
