Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development or IT sales, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations
• Conduct product/service demos and meetings with prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management
• Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the IT services or software industry is Plus
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Understanding of technology trends and client needs in the digital space

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,535.66 - ₹60,595.96 per month
