Senior Business Development Engineer

Required Skills:

• Proven knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies and best practices 
• Understanding of Automotive / Electronics/Embedded / Hi-Tech Systems/ Platforms
• Experience in managing customer accounts
• Good understanding of product life cycle & business / services business 
• Understanding of markets / overall Business 
• Strong interpersonal / customer relation, and communication skills. 
• Ability to train, coach and mentor the team

• Proficient in handling local and global customers
• Conducting marketing research and statistical analysis; creating go to market strategies.
• Multitasker and ability to handle multiple clients from multiple geographies

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Pre-Sales Team in preaping various proposals, estimation  for varied geographies
• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and monitor the same for execution
• Identifying and networking with the potential customers and get the leads as per organizations business requirements 
• Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with the customers 
• Lead and motivate team members
• Assisting marketing team in forming marketing strategies 
• Building brand awareness and positioning Role & responsibilities
