Senior Business Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for driving business growth

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in the

    creative, media, branding, and production sectors

    .
  • Build a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    for acquiring clients across industries (luxury, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, corporate, tech, etc.).

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with new and potential clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Understand client needs deeply and collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Create and deliver

    compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations

    .
  • Negotiate contracts, retainers, and one-time projects ensuring profitability for DSYN House.
  • Collaborate with leadership to finalize financials, commission structures, and client agreements.

Strategy & Market Development

  • Keep track of

    industry trends and competitor activities

    to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Contribute to DSYN House's

    growth strategy

    and scaling plans.
  • Assist leadership with

    partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborations

    .

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in

    business development, sales, or client acquisition

    , preferably in a

    creative agency, production house, or media studio

    .
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value clients.
  • Strong network in industries such as

    luxury, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, corporate, or tech

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term wins with

    long-term client relationship building

    .
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:

    ?4,50,000 per year
  • Commission:

    A percentage of revenue from acquired clients (to be finalized during the interview)
  • Performance-based incentives on achieving milestones and revenue targets
