Project Manager



Role Overview


The Project Manager will be the central coordinator



Key Responsibilities



Project Planning & Execution


  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and DSYN House’s capabilities.
  • Break down projects into actionable tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (branding, production shoots, content campaigns, digital builds, etc.).



Client & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, handling queries, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Prepare proposals, project plans, and progress reports for clients and internal leadership.
  • Align expectations across creative teams, clients, and vendors.



Team Coordination


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: designers, filmmakers, editors, VFX artists, developers, and marketers.
  • Facilitate smooth hand-offs between departments (Marketing ↔ Production ↔ Post-production, etc.).
  • Conduct regular check-ins, stand-ups, and reviews to keep projects on track.



Financial & Resource Management


  • Monitor project budgets, vendor costs, and timelines.
  • Flag risks early and find solutions to keep projects within scope and profitability margins.
  • Assist leadership in resource planning, hiring freelancers, and scheduling studio use.



Quality & Process Management


  • Ensure all deliverables meet DSYN House’s creative and quality benchmarks.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and workflow checklists.
  • Implement tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or custom workflows) to improve efficiency.



Key Skills & Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in

    project management

    within

    creative agencies, media houses, film production, or design studios

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    creative workflows

    : branding, video production, VFX, or digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, creative environment.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
  • A mix of

    structure + creativity

    —able to respect process while giving space for artistic flow.
