Role Overview The Project Manager will be the central coordinator across DSYN House projects—ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables align seamlessly. You’ll bridge the gap between clients, creative teams, and external partners , making sure every project is executed with excellence while staying true to DSYN House’s storytelling-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and DSYN House’s capabilities. Break down projects into actionable tasks and allocate resources effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously (branding, production shoots, content campaigns, digital builds, etc.). Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, handling queries, and ensuring clear communication. Prepare proposals, project plans, and progress reports for clients and internal leadership. Align expectations across creative teams, clients, and vendors. Team Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams: designers, filmmakers, editors, VFX artists, developers, and marketers. Facilitate smooth hand-offs between departments (Marketing ↔ Production ↔ Post-production, etc.). Conduct regular check-ins, stand-ups, and reviews to keep projects on track. Financial & Resource Management Monitor project budgets, vendor costs, and timelines. Flag risks early and find solutions to keep projects within scope and profitability margins. Assist leadership in resource planning, hiring freelancers, and scheduling studio use. Quality & Process Management Ensure all deliverables meet DSYN House’s creative and quality benchmarks. Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and workflow checklists. Implement tools and systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or custom workflows) to improve efficiency. Key Skills & Requirements 3–5 years of experience in project management within creative agencies, media houses, film production, or design studios . Strong knowledge of creative workflows : branding, video production, VFX, or digital campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, etc.). Ability to balance multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, creative environment. Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control. A mix of structure + creativity —able to respect process while giving space for artistic flow. Role Overview The Creative Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality videos across formats—reels, short films, ads, YouTube videos, and branded content . This role requires someone who is both technically strong and creatively sharp , with the ability to adapt styles depending on the project. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished final content with cinematic storytelling and seamless flow. Work on a variety of projects including ads, reels, campaign videos, short films, and VFX-heavy edits . Collaborate closely with directors, producers, designers, and clients to bring creative visions to life. Add sound design, transitions, effects, and motion graphics where required.
