Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing Business Development at DSYN House & DSYN Films located in Mumbai. The Head of Marketing Business Development will be responsible for market planning, managing marketing strategies, conducting market research, driving sales, and managing public relations. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, developing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management
• Proficiency in Sales and Public Relations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the content creation industry is a plus
• Client Acquisition and Client Interaction

Salary: ₹4,00,000 per year + Commission (% of clients acquired, finalized during interview)
