.You will be the core driver bridging the foundational AI vision of the founders and its execution across the organization. A key deliverable will be owning and building the
Enterprise Knowledge Layer
for Swiggy—the centralized, structured, and AI-ready repository of all critical business knowledge, data, and documentation that powers our next-generation AI solutions.
What will you get to do here?
- Strategic AI Workstream Identification & Management (Project Management):
- Work directly with the founders and senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new, high-leverage AI initiatives and use cases across all Swiggy businesses.
- Drive the execution of these AI projects from ideation through deployment, paying special attention to use cases leveraging AI Agents and complex LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Enterprise Knowledge Layer Ownership (Product Management):
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Swiggy’s Enterprise Knowledge Layer , ensuring its architecture (e.g., retrieval mechanisms, data indexing) is optimized for Large Language Models (LLMs) and downstream AI applications.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to architect the structure, ingestion pipelines, and retrieval mechanisms for this layer.
- Deep Business & Process Analytics (Analytics):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, data flows, and documentation gaps. Use SQL expertise to query and analyze internal data sets to inform the design, population, and quality assurance of the Knowledge Layer.
- Define success metrics, design A/B experiments, and analyze results for new AI features and products launched by the team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact and translator between Business Leaders, Founders, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers, ensuring technical decisions align with business value.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Technical AI Understanding is a Must: Proven working knowledge and conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) , their capabilities, limitations, and key architectures (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning). Experience with or a deep conceptual understanding of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows is highly desired.
- Strong Analytical Foundation: Expertise in data analysis and structuring complex business problems. Mandatory proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries to query, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Generalist Mindset & Adaptability: Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment, comfortably switching between analytical deep-dives, product strategy, and hands-on project execution.
- Product Thinking: Experience in defining product vision, writing clear user stories, creating PRDs, and maintaining an actionable product backlog.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience launching company-wide strategic initiatives and driving collaboration and influence around new tools and processes.
- Communication: Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (including founders) and align priorities across a highly cross-matrixed organization.
