We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and Program management skills to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operational efficiencies. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between various Sales and Operations stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to analyze data, synthesize insights, and generate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify potential risks, opportunities, and growth drivers to drive strategic decision-making.
Drive and optimize key sales initiatives, such as Annual Operating Plans, Quota planning, Incentive programs, and Sales programs.
Automate business processes, enhance systems, and streamline data management to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, engagement protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Ensure that all documentation adheres to internal policies and promotes knowledge sharing.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM program management teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Sales analytics/Sales Operations or a related field, with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst, would be preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience working with Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
Experience with Python would be a plus.
Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
