Job Description

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Exp: 6+years

Cochin/ Remote

Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
Prepare
BRDs, FRDs
, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Create
process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow charts
, and SOPs.
Support the
Solution Architect
with feasibility analysis and functional/technical clarification.
Collaborate with
Google Workspace teams
(Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail) and assist developers with logic, rules, and edge cases.
Perform
preliminary testing
, validate results with users, and support UAT.
Maintain documentation repositories and track issues, dependencies, and risks.
Act as the
bridge between business and technical teams
.

Must-Have Skills

3–8 years as
Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Workspace tools
(Sheets formulas, App Script basics preferred).
Ability to write user stories, workflows, test cases, and requirement documents.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical/problem-solving ability.
