Job Description

Senior Technical Business Analyst,

You will play a pivotal role in guiding projects to successful completion within a collaborative environment. We encourage experienced professionals passionate about impactful solution delivery to apply.

 

Responsibilities

  • List and translate business requirements into user stories to guide the development team with detailed inputs
  • Develop comprehensive functional requirements in user story format and prioritize them for backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation and collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to propose feasible functional solutions
  • Support acceptance testing processes and obtain client approval while managing conflicts effectively
  • Apply various estimation techniques to assist the team in generating accurate sprint and release level estimates
  • Ensure transparency by managing release timelines, features, and scope through appropriate documentation and communication with product owners and development managers
  • Handle continuous scope changes considering business and technical priorities using prioritization methods
  • Maintain requirement documentation such as BRD, FSD, FRD, and SRS using tools like Word, Excel, Confluence, or TFS
  • Oversee partner user acceptance testing and review quality assurance artifacts
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment and shared understanding
  • Communicate clearly about requirement ambiguities, dependencies, scope issues, and timeline challenges using fact-based approaches
  • Rephrase and clarify requirement discussions to confirm understanding and reduce misinterpretations
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and business partners to support smooth project execution
  • Promote best practices in requirement management and agile processes within the team

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) within Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Experience as a liaison between development teams and business partners
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, functional solution proposal, and stakeholder engagement
  • Competency in estimation techniques and facilitating team estimates
  • Experience in managing release timelines, scope, and transparency with product owners and development managers
  • Ability to handle scope changes using prioritization methods
  • Experience in maintaining requirement documentation using tools like Confluence and TFS
  • Capability to manage partner user acceptance testing and review QA artifacts
  • Experience working across multiple teams to ensure alignment
  • Strong communication skills to address ambiguities, dependencies, and challenges effectively
  • Background in leading business domains such as banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, supply chain, or e-commerce
