  Indian insurance value chain including

  product setup, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to

  core insurance systems

  ,

  policy administration platforms

  , and

  digital front-end solutions

  .

• Agile & SDLC Expertise:

• Deep understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and end-to-end

  Software Development Life Cycle

  .
• Proficiency in tools such as

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and

  Azure DevOps

  .

• Technical & Analytical Acumen:

• Ability to understand data models, integrations, APIs, and workflows to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess requirements and recommend feasible, value-driven solutions.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage with senior business leaders, product owners, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

• Leadership & Collaboration:

• Ability to lead business analysis activities independently, mentor junior analysts, and drive collaboration across multi-functional teams.

• Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
