Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst at Colladome in Noida, with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, you will play a crucial role in driving business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management for client projects. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives will be key in enhancing business efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating requirements into detailed functional specifications, identifying inefficiencies in processes, and recommending optimized workflows. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders, utilizing data analytics tools for actionable insights, defining project scope and timelines, supporting UI/UX design, conducting user acceptance tests, and engaging in system integrations and emerging technology projects. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in modeling techniques such as BPM, UML, and RBAC, technical expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and familiarity with web applications, APIs, and databases will be essential. Experience with agile methodologies, tools like draw.io, Visio, and certifications like CBAP, PMP, or Agile Business Analyst will be advantageous.
