Senior Brand Manager

Nestasia is looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will have the end-to-end responsibility of analyzing our brand positioning, own the brand campaigns, plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Nestasia and gather consumer insights in order to shape and communicate our vision and mission and translate brand elements into strategies.

Responsibilities

• PLAN digital media for campaigns (brand and media calendar, budgeting, projections, growth)
• CREATE effective strategies and actionables, PR stories that can make Nestasia stand-out as a destination for home
• DRIVE brand initiatives with external organizations and execute campaigns
• EVALUATE / monitor campaign performance
• COMMUNICATE effectively the brand persona and own all brand communication and brand positioning
• COMMUNITY Building and consumer love, draw consumer insights
• SOCIAL Media presence and growth including Influencer marketing
• PARTNER with agencies/brands and carry out product integration and strategic partnerships
• TRACK market trends and competitor portfolio, trend analysis across consumer behavior, target market, industry scenario
• RESEARCH new opportunities, white spaces for new product development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Should have attention to details
• Experience in brand management from media house/tv company will be a plus point.
• Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
• 3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.
• Worked on 360- marketing campaigns
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies including creative
• Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
• Strong creative sensibilities
• High ownership and passion
• Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
