We are looking for a skilled Senior Branch Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 10-19 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in small finance banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage overall branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to meet sales targets and performance goals. Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing teams and driving business results. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in small finance banking.
