Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-16 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise branch staff to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
