• To recruit, engage and launch Agency Partners(AP) • To ensure that AP's recruit, appoint and train AP's/Agents • Conduct regular AP and agents meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives

1.Minimum 4 Years Experience in Life insurance Agency /APC channel2.Age should be less than 453.Team Handling experience not Mandatory
