Senior Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance.
Enter accounting-related information into
QuickBooks Online
daily.
Inspect account books for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Organize and update financial records systematically.
Recommend ways to
reduce costs and improve financial efficiency.
Perform monthly
bank settlements
and
credit card reconciliations.
Support the maintenance of
client trust accounts
and ensure compliance.
Track and report on
accounts receivable, accounts payable, commissions, and bonuses.
Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports as directed by the Manager.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA preferred).
Over 8 years of experience in Accounting
QuickBooks Online experience.
Over 2 years of working experience with US/UK clients.
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
