Job summary
Support the BI strategy for our European NIQ clients, enabling them to self-serve using our tools. Scope, build and deliver solutions that meet their basic recurrent data needs. Leverage NIQ and third parties solutions to meet your value delivered target
Key Responsibilities
- Assist NIQ clients in understanding and utilizing BI tools effectively
- Develop and propose BI solutions tailored to clients' recurrent data needs
- Deliver on performance tracking and success measurement
- Consult directly with clients and stakeholders on how to optimize uses of BI tools, applications for automation, analytics and reporting
- Identify leads from client interactions, be able to channel these needs into business opportunities
- Own end-to-end processes of in-scope reporting solutions across a variety of data sources (RMS, CPS, Omni)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Work closely with manager and team leaders to assist in day-to-day BI customer support needs, deployment activities and transformation initiatives
- Aid in user education for platform-specific instruction to drive usage/adoption of Business Intelligence tools and supporting clients with our performance measurement services
- Share best demonstrated practices in an open, creative and inclusive team culture
- Collaborate with fellow BI and Insights teammates to identify business process improvements, project efficiencies and revenue opportunities
- Be active and engaged in continuous learning opportunities to upskill yourself, our team and advance our core areas of expertise

- Client contacts: At least twice a week
- Lead generation: 6 per year
Team support and Project oversight
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring smooth project workflows and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and timelines
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing in FMCG sector, especially in Business Intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in BI tools and data analysis such as Discover (NIQ) or PowerBI, Microstrategy
- Previous experience working with: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for learning and applying new technologies to business solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Building and maintaining effective work relationships
- Good collaboration skills to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals
- Ability to work in a remote-based environment
