  • What will you do
  • Design, Pilot Test and Deliver research- and evidence-based interventions for students, teachers, school leaders, communities, and parents.
  • Analyse and Synthesise insights from interventions to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and create scalable tools and resources.
  • Coach and Collaborate with educators, fostering trust-based relationships that build competencies and surface existing best practices.
  • Work with a diverse team of 46 members, including Sashakt Prathmik Fellowsfemale youth leaders from Gram Sabhas where 5 partner schools are located.
  • Partner with the Learnings & Insights and Centres of ExcellenceUrban teams to co-design, reflect, and distill learnings from program interventions.

  • Research, Design & Data Analysis: Create stakeholder-focused interventions and resources rooted in user insights, research, and contextual realities, supported by strong data collection, analysis, and monitoring systems.
  • Project Management: Plan, prioritise, and manage time, resources, and risks to achieve high-quality outcomes, ensuring clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Build trust-based relationships, encourage reflective practice, and offer actionable, evidence-based feedback to strengthen competencies of stakeholders. Plans for the growth of team members and stakeholders, aligning with program outcomes and identifying external learning opportunities.

  • Prior knowledge and experience of working directly with teachers/classrooms
  • Intermediate proficiency in G Suite tools.
  • Experience
  • 2-4 years in the education sector, particularly in teaching, curriculum design, or teacher training.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or learning experiences for adults.
  • Prior engagement with government institutions (preferred).
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English, written and spoken.
