About the Role

Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition

This role is critical to shaping and executing our hiring strategy across key functions — especially Marketing, Strategy, and Product — while building trusted relationships with senior leadership.

You’ll be responsible for building and owning the hiring strategy, delivering high-quality talent pipelines, and navigating complex stakeholder relationships — all while maintaining speed, structure, and clarity in a dynamic setup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the TA strategy for critical functions including Marketing, Strategy, and Product, aligning hiring plans with business growth goals.
  • Partner closely with senior business functional leaders to understand talent needs and translate them into a proactive hiring strategy.
  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring for critical and niche roles across various business roles
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, predictable talent pipeline using a mix of sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and market insights.
  • Use data to track hiring health, identify bottlenecks, and course-correct recruitment plans proactively.
  • Build dashboards and present hiring health metrics to leadership regularly.
  • Champion candidate experience, ensuring speed, transparency, and engagement across all touchpoints.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–8 years of core talent acquisition experience, preferably in Internet, AdTech, or high-growth tech/startup environments.
  • Deep experience hiring for marketing, product, analytics, and business strategy roles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong business acumen — you understand team structures & org evolution
  • Proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment operations.
  • Highly organized, analytical

    and execution-driven — you operate with ownership, clarity, and grit.
