Role Description:

Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate personas.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and manage external recruitment partners.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of channels social media, job boards, networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Design and implement employer branding and talent marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain and report key hiring metrics and analytics to optimise recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously map the talent market and build strong candidate pipelines for future growth.
  • Work closely with product leadership to contribute strategic hiring insights for the ongoing development of Talentou, our recruitment technology product.

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success in both volume and niche hiring.
  • Experience working with IT Services/Tech companies or recruitment firms focused on IT hiring.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques.
  • Prior experience managing recruitment teams and collaborating with leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment performance.
  • Exposure to campus hiring, workforce planning, and inclusive hiring practices is a plus.
