Senior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing or steel industry, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and align hiring processes with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with

  stakeholders and business leaders

  to understand manpower needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective

  talent acquisition strategies

  to attract skilled professionals in manufacturing/steel domains.
• Maintain strong relationships with

  hiring managers, clients, and candidates

  ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to build talent pipelines.
• Ensure

  timely closures of positions

  while maintaining high quality of hires.
• Track, analyze, and report

  recruitment metrics

  to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on

  industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights

  relevant to manufacturing and steel industries.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of

  proven recruitment experience

  in the

  manufacturing or steel industry

  .
• Strong exposure to

  blue-collar and white-collar hiring

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
